Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory was started as a Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) laboratory in January 2020 by Dr. Joseph H. Trotter, MD, CLIA Director. Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory, Incorporated was approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(c)(3) /509(a)(2) in August 2020. Currently, no known providers offer mobile service directly to citizens of Central and Southeast Arkansas.
