Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory was started as a Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) laboratory in January 2020 by Dr. Joseph H. Trotter, MD, CLIA Director. Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory, Incorporated was approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(c)(3) /509(a)(2) in August 2020. Currently, no known providers are offering mobile service directly to Central and Southeast Arkansas citizens.

• During the peak of the COVID-19 public health emergency, providing an innovative model of healthcare delivery in Southeast Arkansas became imperative.
• We are certified by The Arkansas Department of Health (CMS).
• Mobile Diagnostic Laboratory is an approved Harvester by the Arkansas State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
